We gladly accept returns under the following simple and clear conditions:

Return Window: You have 14 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return.

Item Condition: Items must be returned in their original, unused condition and included with their original packaging. We kindly ask you to take reasonable care when trying out the product.

How to Start: Please contact us first at info@chasedestiny.com to let us know you are returning an item. This helps us prepare for your return and process it faster.

Shipping Costs: The buyer is responsible for the cost of return shipping. We recommend using a trackable shipping service.

Loss in Value: If an item is not returned in its original condition (e.g., signs of use, missing parts), the buyer is responsible for any resulting loss in value. We will communicate this fairly and clearly upon inspection.
Refunds: Receiving Your Value Back
Once your return arrives back at Chase Destiny, we will inspect it and process your value return:

Inspection & Notification: We will notify you via email once we have received and inspected your returned item. We will also inform you whether your return has been approved or rejected.

Refund Method (Store Credit Only): To ensure a sustainable and fair system for all our customers, we issue all approved refunds as a Store Credit equivalent to the full purchase price of the product.

Store Credit Usage: Your store credit will be sent to you electronically and can be used for any future purchase on the Chase Destiny website.
Friendly Note: We believe that offering store credit allows you to find a perfect alternative product from our collection, ensuring you still get the value you paid for, just in a different destiny!
Exchanges
At this moment, we don’t offer direct, automatic exchanges.

Need a Different Item? If you wish to receive a different item (size, color, or product), please follow the Easy Returns Process outlined above for the original item.

Place a New Order: Once you receive your Store Credit, simply place a new order on our website for the item you would prefer.
