All prices are displayed in Ghanaian Cedis (GHS). An approximate conversion to your local currency is shown for reference only. Chasedestiny reserves the right to change prices at any time. Prices at time of order confirmation are final.
Orders are confirmed only after successful payment via Paystack. We accept Mobile Money (MTN, Vodafone, AirtelTigo), Visa, Mastercard, and bank transfer.
Delivery timelines are estimates. Chasedestiny is not responsible for delays caused by customs, couriers, or events beyond our control. International buyers are responsible for all customs duties and import taxes.
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for items that are unused and in original condition. Custom or commissioned pieces are non-returnable. Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Ghana. Disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Ghana.
When you use Chasedestiny, we may collect: your name, email address, phone number, shipping address, and payment reference numbers. Card details are handled exclusively by Paystack.
We share your data only with: Paystack (payment processing — PCI-DSS compliant), and shipping partners (name, address, phone for delivery). We never sell your personal data.
You have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data at any time. Email privacy@chasedestiny.com to exercise these rights. We will respond within 30 days.
Your data is transmitted over SSL/TLS encrypted connections. Payment data is processed exclusively by Paystack and never stored on our servers.
We accept returns within 14 days of the confirmed delivery date. Items must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging.
Custom or commissioned pieces, and items marked as Final Sale, are not eligible for return. Fetish/spiritual items are also non-returnable due to their ritual nature.
If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours with photographic evidence. We will arrange a full refund or replacement at no cost to you.
Approved refunds are processed via the original payment method within 5–10 business days. Paystack refunds typically appear within 3–5 business days.
Customers outside Ghana are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a tracked service as we cannot be responsible for items lost in transit.
All international orders are shipped with tracking via DHL or GHL Express. Customs duties and import taxes are the buyer's responsibility. Chasedestiny is not liable for delays caused by customs authorities.
